the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they could do enough to help/offer tips and advice. The residence was very convenient for the main lifts - although the one right next to it no longer operates, the ‘Nuevo Nube’ (new version) was only 100m away and took you right to the top. the other residents were very respectful and quiet, in fact the whole stay was wonderfully peaceful. there’s no sound proofing in the rooms, but for my week there was no need. the apartment felt very clean when I arrived. I usually scurry around cleaning everything, but didn’t feel the need to this time! the free parking around Sestriere Borgata was a real bonus. I’d expected to have to pay €50 parking for the week, but the Residence staff pointed out that street parking was free, as was the car park just down from the apartments, so no need to pay anything. For EV drivers (or potential hirers) there’s also a charger in said car park - wish I’d have know as I would have hired an EV if I was confident in charging facilities.

The location to the lift is great, leave the door and the lift is 30m away. In terms of value for money unrivaled, and Federico and Natalia on the hotel reception are both exceptional. They are full of knowledge and so willing to help. From the photos the room was much bigger than we were expecting. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, we were expecting not much more than a bed and a bathroom and the larger room we booked had a separate bedroom which was amazing for the price. I would 100% return. If you can get there go to Gennaros Pizzeria in Cessna, I think, Federico's recommendation is phenomenal.

Rooms were clean and spacious, with practical amenities. Kitchen was ok, although a bit tiny. Bedsheets and towels were provided. Location was fantastic, right next to the ski lift Nube d'Argento, which was very convenient. The host, Natalia, was very nice. When we had a problem in the middle of the night, we had to call the emergency number provided and she picked up, ready to assist us. Would repeat!

Friendly staff, linked to hotel for facilities. Really close to lifts and great ski hire location. Bogata is a nice little village. Car or bus can get you into busier Sestriere main town in a few mins.
